Let me introduce myself! - Trinity Jagelski

Today, we are continuing the series with our colleague Trinity Jagelski, manager of the technical support team in North America. With a laboratory background in genetic microarray testing and a decade-long experience in customer support makes Trinity the perfect contact person for your project related questions. 

What region do you cover? 
I support Aude-Marie and Aaron in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Singapore. 

Why and for how long are you working for JPT now?  
I started working for JPT in August of 2022 and I enjoy working for a small company that does big things. I appreciate all of my colleagues and the knowledge they have, and continue to share with me. 

Which research developments/innovations are you currently fascinated by? 
I have a background in genetics so I am always fascinated to learn about new research there. For personal reasons, I hope to see continued advancement in Alzheimer’s and dementia research. 

What do you think is your strength when communicating and supporting customers?
Dependable – if I tell someone I am going to do something, it gets done.
