JPT's Quality Management System
The definition of quality: Quality describes the properties, peformance and goodness of a product or a service.
Definition of a Quality Management System (QMS)
A quality management system (QMS) organizes and structures company processes. It is used to implement, maintain and continuously improve product and service quality. A company with an effective QMS will meet customer expectations with greater regularity and precision than an organization that does not. The aims of the QMS are achieved by complete process documentation and an early signalling procedure in case of problems. All documentation is regulated in a quality management handbook containing documents such as standard operating procedures and process instructions.
