Retention Time Standardization Kit
The Retention Time Standardization Kit is an easy-to-use kit of 40 peptides, that enables the normalization of retention times in HPLC-MS proteomics experiments, the easy evaluation of HPLC column performance, the optimization of HPLC gradients, and the calibration of collision energies. It consists of Non-naturally occuring peptides with a broad LC gradient coverage and very stable retention times over multiple injections. The use of this kit (also called PROCAL) has been published (Zolg et al, Proteomics 2017, in press).
Benefits of Retention Time Standardization Kit
- Non-naturally occuring peptides allow application in biological samples
- Broader LC gradient coverage than all competitors
- High number of peptides
- Very stable retention time in multiple injections
- Similar intensities of all peptides
- Intensive use in the ProteomeTools project
- FASTA and Skyline file available
