Visit the World of JPT’s Peptide Arrays
Published on 13/07/2023
Peptide Arrays display a peptide library attached to a solid surface, usually a glass slide or membrane. Compared to protein arrays peptide arrays possess several advantageous properties such as defined peptide purity and orientation, batch-to-batch reproducibility, independence from conformational restrictions und thus a greater robustness. Our peptide array formats can be incubated with solutions of antibodies, lysates, serum or other patient samples. Peptide arrays are JPT’s own and advanced way of providing efficient tools to study protein-protein interactions such as
- Antibody epitope mapping & functional characterization
- Epitope-resolved humoral immune monitoring
- Receptor-ligand interaction studies
- Enzyme substrate identity and specificity determination
- Profiling of posttranslational modifications such as glycosylation, phosphorylation, ubiquitinylation and more
- Systematic exploration of the interactome
JPT offers a variety of different peptide array formats to accommodate various applications. For all our peptide arrays, we assure:
- Highest quality warranted by ISO 9001 certified manufacturing
- High batch-to-batch consistency
- Applications of a capping process to avoid de novo epitopes
- The largest selection of catalog peptide microarrays in the market; continuously updated to cover recent developments (e.g. emergency responses to viral outbreaks and variants)
