Keeping up with fast changing mutations within the SARS-CoV-2 virus, we added PepMixes for Omicron BA.2 to our catalog, covering Spike and the corresponding RBD :
NEW:
With mutations mainly appearing within the spike glycoprotein sequence, our present PepMix peptide pools for the nucleoprotein, envelope protein, and membrane protein therefore can be used for both Omicron BA.1 and BA.2. There is no difference between the two sub-variants in VEMP and one amino acid difference in NCAP and VME1, respectively.
