Today, we are continuing the series with our customer support: a team of 15 members who are responsible in helping you select the best peptides for your research, respond to your requests and processing your orders, among other responsibilities. Take a close look at what distinguishes this remarkable team! 

  1. What is your role at JPT’s customer support?
    At JPT, our customer support is more than just answering your questions. In a nutshell, we're the go-to team for everything you need as a JPT customer. Whether you are scratching your head over a technical question, trying to figure out what to order, or wondering when that delivery is hitting your doorstep - we have got you covered. Meanwhile, we coordinate with the production teams, business development, and the R&D lab to make sure every order runs smoothly. 

  2. How long have you been with JPT?
     Meet the team - from our fresh recruit who has been with us for about a year to the veteran who has been a part of JPT for a solid 17 years. Our average tenure at JPT is 8.3 years! 

  3. What is your background and what did you before JPT?
    We are a mixed bag, and we like it that way. Our backgrounds range from lab coats to business administration. This diversity is our strength and allows us to respond to customer requests in a professional, timely, and accurate manner.

  4. Describe your working style in 3 words. What is your strength in communicating with customers?
    Well… people have different communication styles. That is why the customer support members have very different answers:
    The chill ones - accommodating, responsive, and precise.
    The detail-oriented squad - detailed, honest, and reliable.
    The friendly bunch - assertive, trustworthy, and friendly.
    The patient crew - curious, patient, and accurate.
    The problem solvers - customer-focused, transparent, and always ready to fix things. 

  5. How did the pandemic affect your work?
    Remote working became our thing during the pandemic. It was a bit of a learning curve, but it turned out to make us stronger. We became more efficient, learned how to communicate without meeting each other in the office, and found a better balance between work and, well, life. 

  6. What is your favorite part of the job?
    We love digging into the details of your research projects to gain an understanding of what is happening. It is all about being a part of your research journey. It's not just business, it's personal. 

  7. Which member of your team do you admire and why?
    This is a secret! Every member of our team is a star. Everyone plays their part consistently and creatively. 

  8. POV: What is important to you as a customer?
    From our perspective, transparency is key. We are all about quick responses, hands-on support, and delivering on our promises. Making your experience smooth and satisfying is our top priority.
