Free ELISpot Workshop in Leiden, NL - Join us!

Are you eager to take your ELISpot know-how to the next level and talk to experts in the field? 

The ELISpot Resource Group (ERG) regularly organizes free ELISpot/FluoroSpot workshops around the world with the aim to inform about the ELISpot technique, new developments and control. 

The ERG consists of ELISpot enthusiasts from ZellNet Consulting, Mabtech, Merck and yours truly, JPT Peptide Technologies. The next ELISpot workshop will be hosted at Leiden University Medical Center on February 29th. 

Main topics will be: 

• Peptides and antigen formats for ELISpot assays 
• ELISpot/FluoroSpot know-how 
• Peptide FAQ and troubleshooting when using peptides in ELISpot 
• Sample and media considerations 
• Reliable and accurate plate evaluation 
• Response determination & assay validation
