About Scrambled Antigen Peptide

Scrambled Peptide from your Peptide Sequence!

We can produce the scrambled peptide for all our antigen peptides and other peptide sequences. The scrambled peptide versions are cross-checked against the Uniprot database (https://www.uniprot.org/) to ensure that the scrambled sequence does not correspond to any natural sequence. Additionally, MHC binding predictions are used to screen against the most common HLA types (HLA-A01:01, HLA-A02:01, HLA-A03:01, HLA-A24:02, HLA-B*07:02). Only peptides that exceed an affinity threshold of 500 nM, which is routinely used for peptide selection (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3872965/), are chosen.

Scrambled Peptides are high quality epitope peptides for stimulation of antigen-specific T cells in T cell assays such as ELISPOT, ICS, cytotoxicity or proliferation assays.
