JPT Peptide Technologies has compiled a unique set of potential kinase substrate peptides derived from published human phosphorylation sites. All kinase substrate peptides are biotinylated via a flexible linker and compatible with standard kinase assays based on streptavidine coated membranes, FlashPlates and SPA-beads. Peptides are purified (>95%) and freeze-dried in 200 µg aliquots.
