Enzyme Peptide Microarrays

JPT Peptide Technologies compiled a unique set of enzyme substrate peptides for kinase and phosphatase derived from human phosphorylation sites, cleavage sites and computational algorithms. These specific enzyme substrate peptides are displayed on different peptide microarrays for incubation with purified enzymes or other fluids.

JPT Peptide Technologies applies its unique peptide microarray platform to generate peptide microarrays on glass slides enabling characterization of enzymes such as kinases, prroteases and phosphatases  as well as methyl, glycosyl, acetyl transferases. Peptides are immobilized on glass slides via a flexible linker. Chemoselective coupling generates microarrays displaying covalently attached peptides in multiple identical subarrays. Incubation can be performed manually or automated.
