Recurrent Performance Testing
Each batch is regularly tested via ELISpot assays on two donors. Your Benefits:

Each batch is tested in an in vitro Resazurin-based assay to determine if the dissolved peptides show cytotoxic effects.
Endotoxin Testing

A LAL test or Haemotox rFC test are performed with each batch to detect endotoxins.
Sterility Testing

Each batch is incubated in tryptic soy broth. Later turbidity is determined as indicator of contaminating microorganisms.
