JPT offers an extensive variety of proteomics reference peptides both customized and off-the shelf. Our portfolio includes SIL peptides (stable isotope labeled peptides) and absolute quantified peptides, as well as kits for control and standardization such as retention time calibration.
Our ultra high-throughput SPOT technology enables rapid, microscale synthesis of proteomics peptides.
Absolute quantified peptides are routinely produced using our proprietary quantification technology. The process, which is based on a UV active quantification tag, is very precise and cost-effective. Alternatively, if desired, we can also provide proteomics peptides that are absolutely quantified by amino acid analysis (AAA).
