Meeting Antigen Sequence Diversity with JPT's ULTRA Peptide Library Concept

Sequence diversity is a hallmark of many pathogenic viruses including HIV, HBV and Influenza. Recent DNA sequencing efforts have revealed similar sequence diversity among eukaryotes. Therefore, sequence variability has to be taken into account for the design of peptide libraries for immune monitoring, immunotherapy or vaccine development.

With the new ULTRA concept we are now able to provide peptide libraries that encompass a broad spectrum of sequence diversity. Created with our ULTRA bioinformatics algorithm the peptide libraries are available as PepMix™ Peptide Pools and RepliTope™ Microarrays .
