What is ELISpot and Why is it Important?
ELISpot (Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSpot) is a highly sensitive technique used to detect and quantify cytokine-producing cells. This method is crucial for a wide range of applications in immunology, allowing researchers to measure the frequency of immune cells that produce a specific cytokine in response to a stimulus. ELISpot Assays are invaluable for advancing research in vaccine development, epitope mapping, and immunomonitoring.

Epitope Mapping Peptide Sets (EMPS)
Matrix Pools enable fast identification of epitopes within an antigen while consuming minimal amounts of material. We produce overlapping peptides for an antigen and create matrix pools. Each peptide is present in two matrix pools according to a layout that we design for each antigen. In combination with all the individual peptides in the set you are able to identify and confirm epitopes quickly and efficiently.
