Description

About EBV BMLF1 280-288 Peptide (HLA-A*02:01) - GLCTLVAML

The EBV BMLF1 280-288 peptide (GLCTLVAML) is a well-characterized HLA-A*02:01-restricted CD8+ T cell epitope derived from the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) early lytic protein BMLF1. Recognized as one of the most immunodominant EBV epitopes, GLCTLVAML is widely used in immunological research to monitor and quantify EBV-specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) responses. This peptide plays a critical role in studies of viral immunity, vaccine development, and T cell-based immunotherapies targeting EBV-associated diseases.

The Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) BMLF1 (mRNA export factor EB2) Peptide is a high quality epitope peptide for stimulation of antigen-specific T cells in T cell assays such as ELISPOT, ICS, cytotoxicity or proliferation assays. The BMLF1 (mRNA export factor EB2) Peptide, H-GLCTLVAML-OH (Uniprot: Q04360 aa: 300-308) from JPT is produced under strict quality control and quality management.
