Custom PepStar™ Peptide Microarrays

JPT's unique PepStar™ peptide microarrays are high-content or multiwell peptide arrays on glass slides. Peptide microarrays (or peptide chips) are used for biomarker discovery, immunomonitoring, antibody epitope mapping, multiplexed epitope mapping or for detection and validation of protein interactions. In addition, PepStar™ peptide microarray technology also enables enzyme profiling.
Chemical peptide synthesis is followed by peptide immobilization on glass slides via a flexible linker. Using chemoselective coupling, we generate peptide microarrays displaying directed and covalently attached peptides. Multiple identical copies of each peptide microarray can be prepared with flexible layouts at unmatched prices and turnaround times.
