Quality describes the properties, peformance and goodness of a product or a service.
A quality management system (QMS) organizes and structures company processes. It is used to implement, maintain and continuously improve product and service quality. A company with an effective QMS will meet customer expectations with greater regularity and precision than an organization that does not. The aims of the QMS are achieved by complete process documentation and an early signalling procedure in case of problems. All documentation is regulated in a quality management handbook containing documents such as standard operating procedures and process instructions.
Since 2004 JPT maintains an active Quality Management System that is annually reviewed, audited, and certified by independent certification bodies. JPT obtained the upgrade to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard as one of the first Biotech companies worldwide. It represents another milestone in our continued commitment to highest quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Your feedback as our customer is documented and analyzed twice a year to ensure our quality improvements point to the right direction. In addition, in 2012 we conducted a detailed customer survey for a deeper understanding of our customers needs and problems. Your compliments and criticism are our incitement far beyond regulations and guidelines!
JPT was successfully audited by several non-profit organizations and biopharmaceutical companies for compliance with GCLP. This standard outlines the principles and procedures to be followed by medical laboratories involved in clinical research and/or patient care to provide quality data which can be used for health research and patient treatment.
