We are proud to announce that in early 2023, JPT successfully passed a quality audit of its ISO 9001:2015 regulated Quality Management system (QMS)! The annual audit assesses the QMS , where improvements might be required, and identifies potential problems. For more than 19 years now, JPT continuously maintained its Quality Management System and ISO 9001 compliance for all its production and service facilities. 

In addition, beginning in 2023, we invited our partners and customers to participate in a customer satisfaction survey, and provide feedback on our service. The summary of results is shown below. We are excited to announce that we are currently expanding our laboratories in our home base of Berlin, Germany, increasing production capabilities which will result in faster delivery times for our custom peptide products.
