Study SARS CoV-2 Cross-Reactivity with MERS, SARS & Seasonal Coronaviruses

Studies suggest that other human coronaviruses may induce cross-immunity to SARS-CoV-2. Accordingly, we developed PepMixes™ and Epitope Mapping Peptide Sets (EMPS) of Spike Glycoproteins for other relevant coronaviruses to evaluate cross reactive T-cell responses and identify immune dominant regions:

EMPS for SARS-CoV-2, SARS, MERS and seasonal coronaviruses 229E, NL63, OC43 and HKU1

PepMix™ Peptide Pools contain overlapping peptides spanning the entire antigen. Corresponding EMPS contain both Matrix Pools and individual overlapping peptides for the detection of specific T-cell epitopes.
