We are happy to announce our new:
- 23 stable isotope-labeled proteotypic peptides
- SARS-CoV-2 spike, NCAP, VME-1 and ORF9B antigens covered
- PRM assay conditions available
Within the ProteomeTools Project in collaboration with Technical University of Munich we developed a COVID-19 SpikeMix™ of 23 stable-isotope labeled synthetic peptides (Zecha et al., Mol Cell Proteomics, 2020). The peptide pool allows the simultaneous measurement of four SARS-CoV-2 proteins by parallel reaction monitoring assay. The peptide pool can be used for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 proteins in respiratory and other specimens.
