JPT is providing innovative peptide tools to the proteomics community for many years.
Besides a variety of peptide standards that accelerate the discovery of novel biomarkers and provide references for immunopeptidomics, we developed a novel technique for absolute quantification of peptides for clinical and targeted proteomics assays.

Furthermore, in the ProteomeTools project we supported the examination of the human proteome by generating over one million human reference peptides and provided associated spectra together with our partners at TU Munich, SAP and Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Here we proudly present selected recent papers with contributions of JPT’s scientists and/or our unique reference peptide formats to the dynamic field of proteomics. Happy Reading!
