Cellular immune monitoring services

Our cellular immune monitoring services enable precise profiling of antigen-specific T-cell responses using validated assays such as ELISpot. PepMix Peptide Pools

ELISpot Service

ELISpot (Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSpot) assays are widely used to detect and quantify antigen-specific T-cell responses at the single-cell level. By measuring cytokine secretion, such as interferon-gamma, ELISpot enables sensitive analysis of cellular immune responses and is commonly applied in vaccine research, infectious disease studies, cancer immunotherapy development, and immunomonitoring.

We offer T cell assays such as ELISpot as full service in our dedicated S2 lab. Additionally, we can assist you with target selection, sequence analysis with bioinformatic assistance and with peptide library design. Clinical Peptides & Pools

Humoral immune monitoring services

Our proprietary humoral immune monitoring services allow high resolution profiling of antibody related immune responses. Humoral immune responses are mediated by B cells, which produce antibodies that recognize specific antigens and contribute to immune protection. Monitoring these responses helps evaluate antibody specificity, epitope recognition, and immune dynamics in research and clinical development.
