Advancing Global Health Through Peptide Innovation

Supporting Research Against Infectious & Neglected Diseases

For more than two decades, JPT Peptide Technologies has supported the global scientific community with high-quality peptide solutions for infectious disease research, vaccine development, and immune monitoring.

A particular focus of our work lies in emerging, neglected, and tropical diseases — areas where rapid scientific response and reliable research tools are critical, yet often underserved.

Proven Impact

Proven Impact in Global Infectious Disease Research

JPT has played an important role in multiple major global health initiatives and outbreak responses.

HIV Research & Vaccine Development

JPT's peptide microarrays and cyclic peptides contributed to the analysis of one of the first successful HIV vaccine trials, RV144. In collaboration with the National Institutes of Health (NIH), JPT also enabled cost-effective access to hundreds of HIV peptides for researchers worldwide, supporting broad international HIV research efforts.

Rapid Response During the COVID-19 Pandemic

During the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, JPT was the first company worldwide to provide ready-to-use SARS-CoV-2 peptide pools for immune monitoring and vaccine development.

JPT's peptide pools were subsequently used in a large number of peer-reviewed publications and contributed to immunological studies supporting the development and characterization of many COVID-19 vaccines.

Emerging Pathogens & Outbreak Preparedness

JPT has continuously expanded its infectious disease portfolio in response to emerging global health threats, including:

  • Zika virus during the 2015 outbreak
  • Ebola virus research, including ongoing expansion toward Bundibugyo ebolavirus
  • SARS-CoV-2
  • MPox

Our ability to rapidly design and manufacture peptide tools enables fast scientific response during outbreaks and emerging epidemics.
