Phosphatase Substrate Identification
JPT provides highly comprehensive service to find substrates for your phosphatases using both phosphopeptides immobilized to glass surfaces (Phosphatase Peptide Microarrays) and soluble peptides in 384-well microtiter plates (Phosphatase Substrate Sets). Discuss your needs with our scientists and simply send us your phosphatase sample. JPT will perform all experiments and will deliver a data report including experimental details, fluorescence images or data from colorimetric readout and statistical analysis of results yielding consensus sequence motifs for your phosphatase substrates.
Benefits of Phosphatase Substrate Identification
- Select from more than 10 000 human phosphopeptides available on peptide microarrays
- Receive information about your phosphatase substrates and consensus sequence within two weeks
- Get information about potential downstream targets of your phosphatase
- Identify phosphatase contaminations in your sample
- Minimal sample volume needed (200 µL assay volume per peptide microarray)
