Kinase Peptide Microarrays

JPT Peptide Technologies has compiled a unique database of human phosphorylation sites. Peptides representing these phosphorylation sites are displayed on PepStar™ peptide microarrays.

The following peptide microarrays are available:

Annotated Phosphosites-Kinase(720 peptides)
Random Library Tyrosine-Kinase(1.536 peptides)
Random Library Threonine-Kinase(1.536 peptides)
Random Library Serine-Kinase(1.536 peptides)

Annotated Phosphosites-Kinase

This microarray containing 720 peptides derived from human phosphosites allows both, kinase substrate identification and consensus sequence determination. The peptides are presented as three spots per subarray within three subarrays per microarray. Each identified in vitro substrate peptide corresponds to a known protein, which represents a potential in vivo target of the studied kinase (microarray layout and sequence information).

Random Library Tyrosine-Kinase

This peptide microarray displays 1 536 peptides, containing one tyrosine residue in the center position. The peptides are presented as three spots per subarray within three subarrays per microarray. Screening of the complete or partial library results in the identification of peptidic substrates of the target tyrosine kinase (microarray layout and sequence information).

Random Library Threonine-Kinase

This peptide microarray displays 1 536 peptides, containing one threonine residue in the center position. The peptides are presented as three spots per subarray within three subarrays per microarray. Screening of the complete or partial library results in the identification of peptidic substrates of the target serine/threonine kinase (microarray layout and sequence information).

Random Library Serine-Kinase

This peptide microarray displays 1 536 peptides, containing one serine residue in the center position. The peptides are presented as three spots per subarray within three subarrays per microarray. Screening of the complete or partial library results in the identification of peptidic substrates of the target serine/threonine kinase (microarray layout and sequence information).

Testimonials for Kinase Peptide Microarrays

"We have successfully applied JPT's peptide microarrays as a screening tool for potential kinases transfering phosphate to phosphorylation sites identified by mass spectrometry. The triplicate alignment as well as the thorough selection of controls enabled generation of high quality data confirming our in vivo data generated by means of affinity chromatographic procedures."
Dr. Marcelo P. Coba (The Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, Cambridge, UK)
