JPT Peptide Technologies applies its unique PepStar™ peptide microarray platform to generate tailored peptide microarrays on glass slides. Peptide arrays (or peptide chips) are used for biomarker discovery, immuno monitoring or for detection and validation of protein interactions. In addition, PepStar™ microarray technology also enables characterization of enzyme target families such as kinases, phosphatases and proteases as well as methyl, glycosyl, acetyl transferases and lysine deacetylases.
Peptides are chemically synthesized and immobilized on glass slides via a flexible linker. By chemoselective coupling we generate microarrays displaying directed and covalently attached peptides. Multiple identical copies of each peptide microarray can be prepared at unmatched prices and turnaround times. We provide application protocols for manual and automated incubation and fluorescence read-out with all our peptide microarrays.
