Phosphatase Profiling Service

JPT Peptide Technologies GmbH has compiled a unique database of human phosphorylation sites. Phospho-peptides representing these phosphorylation sites are displayed on PepStar™ peptide microarrays in triplicates ensuring data quality.
In our Enzyme Profiling Service we will profile your phosphatase at our facility within one week of receipt of your enzyme. You will receive the comprehensive data evaluation including the scanned microarray images after incubation with the target enzyme, statistical analyses of the results, and disclosure of the top 100 substrate sequence information.

PhosphoSites-Tyrosine

This peptide microarray comprises a total of > 6000 human phosphorylation sites as phospho-Tyr containing peptides. The profiling service results in the identification of both peptidic substrates and potential in vivo substrates of the target phosphatase.
